3-nation press seminar held in Seoul

The first session of a seminar among the Chinese, Japanese and South Korean press was held in Seoul,the capital of South Korea, on May 27th.

The official theme of this seminar is: "Establishing a more constructive relationship between China, Japan and Korea - how the media in these three countries cooperate through communication." Forty representatives participated in the seminar.

Shen Xiangfu, head of the South Korean press delegation, international chairman of the South Korean news running association, and editor-in-chief of the economics department in the Central Daily News, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.

He expressed a warm welcome to his counterparts in the Chinese and Japanese media; and hoped to strengthen the communication and cooperation among the three countries' medias through this seminar.
