"Our sincere condolences to all the people of China. A disaster such as this touches everyone in the world. I pray and cry for the suffering of the people in the regions of the earthquake. I know that everything that can be done is being done by your government to help you overcome this disaster. When we had hurricane Andrew, it seemed as if aid would never come and everything looked hopeless, but time did change things and heal the wounds. The loss of life however, can never be healed, but time does lessen the pain."

"I wish the best for all the people in china who are suffering with this disaster. I lived in your country for two very good years. I feel like china is my home, my real home was destroyed by war, so china is the new place I choose to call home hope all the people can hold on long enough for help to reach them and the ones that did not make it my their spirit go on peace. Good luck also I think china should accept help from all that offer to save lives at a time like this all the help you can get is good."

"We remember that China helped Romania in 1977. Now we are confident China will do her best to rescue those still alive in the area and to surpass the damage."
