Chinese, Argentine FMs discuss torch relay, bilateral ties |

Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi and his Argentine counterpart Jorge Taiana held phone talks Wednesday to discuss issues including bilateral ties and the Olympic torch relay.
The two ministers expressed satisfaction with the development of bilateral ties and cooperation in various fields, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said.
Both ministers believe the Sino-Argentine relations have strategic importance and have great prospects for cooperation. They agreed to work together to strengthen mutual cooperation and support to ensure a long-term, stable development for the strategic partnership between the two countries.
