Sarkozy congratulates overseas Chinese in France on Spring Festival |

French President Nicolas Sarkozy Saturday sent a congratulatory message to overseas Chinese in France to celebrate the forthcoming Chinese lunar new year, which falls on Feb. 7.
"I would like to give you my heartfelt congratulations," Sarkozy said in a message sent to the Chinese-language daily, Nouvelles D'europe.
He wished the overseas Chinese living in France a happy family life and success in their careers in the coming year.
