Photo taken on June 16, 2011 shows a villager pushes his bicycle in flood in Dexing City, east China's Jiangxi Province. The rainfall in Dexing City hit 263 mm within 24 hours, causing 103 villages flooded. Local government has evacuated 44,000 people. (Xinhua/Zhou Ke)
