No casualties reported in central China building fire

No one was killed or injured after a building caught fire in the capital of central China's Hubei Province on Thursday, fire authorities said.

The fire occurred around 4:10 p.m. at a real estate sales department located on the first floor of a building on Xudong Street in downtown Wuhan City.

All people working in the building managed to escape. Firefighters rushed to the site shortly after the fire broke out and the blaze was under control as of 4:30 p.m..

The cause of the fire is unknown.
