A 150-meter-tall hotel designed in the shape of a ping pong paddle will be built in a planned Olympic Park in Huainan city of eastern China's Anhui province.

The hotel, which covers an area of more than 67 hectares, has an estimated investment of 300 million yuan. It will feature three parts: the top designed for sight-seeing, the middle will house guest rooms, and the bottom is to be used for conference facilities.

Although Huainan is a city with only 2.4 million people, residents here love Ping Pong very much.
