China recently released its first "Water and Quality of Life Survey Report," which was conducted by the Public Nutrition and Development Center under the National Development and Reform Committee and supported by organizations, such as Kunlun Mountain Natural Mineral Water.

According to the report, public would usually hold misconceptions about the healthy habits of drinking water as well as knowledge of good water.

More than 90 percent of respondents chose pure water, distilled water and mineral water as their daily drinking water, while ignoring natural mineral water, which is rich in minerals and various trace elements needed by the human body.

Therefore, experts have appealed to the public to form a healthy habit of drinking water.
