A national creative fashion center known as the Beijing (Songzhuang) Creative Fashion Industrial Park will land in Beijing with investments of more than 30 billion yuan, according to the agreement signed recently between the Beijing Municipal Government and the China Hi-Tech Group Corporation.

The center is of great significance within contemporary cultural and creative industry projects in Beijing's "12th Five-Year Plan."

The launch of the project will drive 20 billion yuan of relevant investments. And the project will also directly bring 400 to 600 million yuan of revenue to Beijing.

On completion of the first-phase headquarters base, the project will offer at least 15,000 jobs opportunities, 60 percent of which are designed for high-end international talent with strong educational backgrounds and great sense of innovation.
