Ji Qiaoyun, a 65-year-old Shanghai citizen who was born at the location of the Shanghai Art Museum, visits the museum in Shanghai, east China, March 5, 2011. The Shanghai Art Museum started to open to public for free on Saturday. By the end of 2011, China's all public art galleries at state and provincial level will offer free entry to visitors.
