A large luxury goods show will be held from April 2 to 4 in Sanya, a tourist resort in southernmost China's island province Hainan, the city's tourism department said Wednesday.

The three-day event will be held at Visun international yacht wharf in the city.

This will be the first time a luxury goods exhibition to be staged in the tropical, coastal city.

On the show, 15 planes from 8 world renown business aircraft companies and 60 luxury yachts, including super luxury yacht which is able to accomodate a helicopter, will be displayed.

Many leading luxury yacht companies, including Sunseeker of Britain and Ferretti and Pershing from Italy, have decided to participate in the show.
