The vehicle can function in various forms of complex terrain, including swamps, forests, snow fields, deserts, rivers and lakes; it has a capacity of 3.1 tons of goods and 10 passengers with other gear and supplies. It can run over small bushes and cut down trees that are less than 25 centimeters in diameter in order to get access to the fire scene in time. Furthermore, it is equipped with a vehicle-borne fire extinguishing apparatus.

According to an official of the armed police group, the equipment of the new fire truck will advance the conversion to an industrialized and informationized mode of fire extinguishment.
