Foreign delegations to join celebration of founding anniversary of PLA Air Force

From Nov. 3 to 6, there will be delegations from 34 countries including Pakistan, Japan, Brazil, the U.S., Russia and others arriving in Beijing to attend an international forum on peace and development. This event is to celebrate 60th anniversary of PLA Air Force and enhance the communication between China and the world on the basis of mutual trust.

According to Xin Guo, a PLA Air Force officer, by now, these delegations and 23 air force commanders and 300 other staff have confirmed their participation in the Forum. Xun Qiliang, commander of PLA Air Force, will talk about the mission, responsibility, culture and purpose of Chinese Air Force. He claims China will establish a new concept of space security and space order along with the other countries, sharing Air Force’s "Five Ideas" tradition.

It is the first time in the history of Chinese Air Force has held an important international forum. This event not only shows the Air Forces' openness, confidence, and cooperation, but also acts as an important way of enhancing the peace process throughout the world.

Xin Guo added, this forum will provide a platform for idea exchanging, enhance understanding between each other and also act as a great opportunity for foreign people to understand China and Chinese Air Force.
