Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Dejiang is on his way to Wenzhou after a bullet train derailing accident late Saturday in the east China city to assist the relief work and conduct investigation.

The accident has at least killed 33 people and injured 190 others injured, when high-speed train D301 rear-ended bullet train D3115 at the section of Shuangyu Town in Wenzhou City, which was allegedly hit by lightning and lost drive.

Four coaches of D301 fell off the viaduct while two coaches of D3115 were derailed.

Chinese President Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao had called for all-out efforts to rescue passengers and ordered to make rescue work a priority.
