Noting that Singapore is the current rotating presidency of the ten-member Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), which is to celebrate its 40th anniversary of establishment in November this year, Wu said that China values its relations with ASEAN, and is willing to work together with ASEAN to promote the in-depth development of Sino-ASEAN strategic partnership in the future.
Wu arrived here on Monday afternoon for a visit to the city state at the invitation of her Singaporean counterpart Wong An Seng. It is the Chinese vice premier''s second visit to Singapore since 2005.
