The maple leaves at Badaling National Forest Park have turned red and entered into the best period of appreciation recently. After several years' construction, the maple area in the Badaling National Forest Park has become a famous scenic spot in Beijing for viewing the red maples.

As the autumn is coming, these red maple leaves waving beside the splendid Badaling Great Wall form a wonderful natural painting.

The Great Wall is a symbol of ancient Chinese civilization and a world-renowned fortification. Stretching 6,350 kilometers in Northern China, the Great Wall was first built in the 7th century B.C. and completed during the reign of the first Emperor of Qin. It was extended during the Ming Dynasty.

The Badaling section is the most representative section of the Great Wall as well as the most famous among tourists coming to visit China and its awe-inspiring beauty. Real priceless cultural heritage of humanity, Badaling is the best preserved and interesting section amongst all the sections of the Great Wall.
