Torrential rain stopped the soccer friendly between Thailand and Qatar on Saturday with the teams tied at 1-1 at halftime.
After 41 minutes of dour play, Walid Hamid scored his fourth goal in three matches to put visiting Qatar ahead.
The Thais levelled the score on the stroke of halftime when captain Therdsak Chaiman latched on to a through ball from Jetsada Jitsawad and coolly slotted home from 15 meters.
As the rain continued pouring down, the game was abandoned at the midway stage and rescheduled for Monday.
Asian Football Confederation (AFC) officials said the teams would play two halves of 35 minutes on Monday.
