    Hail in Guizhou Province, 2 dead, 600,000 affected

    The hailstones are as large as eggs.From the evening of April 23 to the morning of April 24, a hail storm raged over 8 counties in Guizhou province, a rare phenomenon in the last 20 years.

    Hen lays huge egg weighing 235 grams

    Recently, a hen in Jiangyou city laid an enormous egg. According to the Guinness Book of Records, published by China Broadcast Television Press in 2004, the record for the world's largest egg is 148 gram. Ms. Peng, the owner of the hen, says that her egg is 87 grams heavier.
