China to provide 3 billion USD of preferential loans to Africa in next three years

China will provide 3 billion U.S. dollars of preferential loans and 2 billion U.S. dollars of preferential buyer's credits to Africa in the coming three years, President Hu Jintao said in Beijing Saturday while addressing the opening ceremony of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China- Africa Cooperation.
