| Chinese company to reconstruct Afghan road |
|

China Railway Shisiju Group Corporation would reconstruct 54 km of the 142-km road, which connects Maidan Shar and Bamyan city, capital of neighboring Bamyan province. Since the Taliban regime��s collapse in late 2001, Chinese companies have built or are building altogether 485 km of roads in Afghanistan, contributing to the development of this country.
