IAEA chief sees Iran nuclear deal possible in week or so

Mohamed ElBaradei, chief of the UN nuclear watchdog, said on Monday he was hopeful a deal over Iran's nuclear program could be reached in the next week or so.

ElBaradei made the remarks ahead of an International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) board meeting on Iran's nucler issue.

Speaking to reporters, ElBaradei said "I am still very much hopeful that in the next week or so an agreement could be reached."
