An Israeli was killed by Palestinian gunmen near a Jewish settlement in the northern West Bank on Wednesday, sources said.
Two armed Palestinians came to a gas station just outside the Migdalim settlement, southeast of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, and opened fire at an Israeli attendant there in the head, according to local newspaper The Jerusalem Post.
The two attackers then fled the scene in a car waiting nearby, said the report.
Israeli troops and rescue teams have rushed to the scene.
The incident came shortly after a senior Islamic Jihad (Holy War) leader was killed in an Israeli airstrike in the Gaza City.
