Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is due to arrive in the Myanmar capital Wednesday
afternoon for a state visit as the final leg of his three-nation tour to complete his visits to fellow members of the Association of Southeast Asia Nations (ASEAN).
During the visit, Susilo will meet Chairman of the Myanmar State Peace and Development Council Senior-General Than Shwe and bilateral issues including economic cooperation will top the agenda of their discussions, diplomatic sources said.
Susilo started visiting Brunei last weekend and is currently in Cambodia.
Susilo's two-day visit to Myanmar is the first to the country since he became president in 2004.
