Foreign trio invest US$3.78 bln in China's biggest bank

Goldman Sachs, American Express and Allianz paid a combined 3.78 billion U.S. dollars for a stake in the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), the country's biggest commercial lender, according to an agreement signed here on Friday.
