Arnold Schwarzenegger attends torch relay for Special Olympic Games

Arnold Schwarzenegger, the millionaire movie star and governor of the US state of California, posed for a photo with Chinese athlete Yang Yan at a torch relay ceremony held for the Special Olympic Games in Beijing on Nov 14. All funds raised will be donated to the China Special Olympic Games.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, who led a delegation of about 50 people including officials and entrepreneurs from Chevron and InfoTech Essentials,Inc,etc, started his visit to China on Nov 14.

Promoting California's exports to China, discussing the ways for economic exchanges between China and California and fostering business cooperation patterns that meet situations in California and China will be the objectives for his visit.

Schwarzenegger will also promote California's agricultural products and tourism in the Chinese market, and discuss the IPR issue for the Hollywood movies.

During his stay in Beijing will attend a series of activities and visit the Great Wall and the Forbidden City. On Nov 16 he will pay a visit to the Tsinghua University.
