ROK top negotiator calls for early decision to advance six-party talks

Song Min-soon, top negotiator of the Republic of Korea (ROK) to the six-party talks, on Thursday urged all parties to weigh wins and losses and make a decision as early as possible, so as to break the impasse and promote the talks process.
