"100,000 blind people learn to use computer" activity launched

The 2nd China Accessibility Forum, along with the activity "100,000 blind people learn to use computer" opened in Beijing on Nov 8, 2005,

With "narrowing the digital gap and sharing IT civilization" as theme, the forum will discuss the Chinese government's strategy to promote accessibility, the global developing trend of accessibility, technological innovations in accessibility.

The forum is co-sponsored by China Welfare Fund of the Handicapped and the Internet Society of China, and is organized by China Braille Press.
