Arsenal striker Thierry Henry is a major doubt for the north London derby after suffering a setback in his recovery from a groin injury.
Henry returned from six weeks out in the Champions League win against Sparta Prague last week but is struggling.
"There is a bit of uncertainty about Thierry," said manager Arsene Wenger. "He had a little bit of a setback.
"We pushed him in early and need to get him completely back to where he can perform. He is 30-70 against playing."
Henry scored twice against Sparta to earn his side victory and then played 90 minutes in the 1-0 win over Manchester City four days later.
Wenger does have better news with Jose Antonio Reyes returning to fitness after bruised ribs and Freddie Ljungberg after a hamstring injury.
