A worker (C) and a quality-control employee (L) do selective examination of nearly-finished Uroacitides Injections, a new kind of anti-cancer medicine invented by Professor Liau in Everlife Pharmaceutical Co,. Ltd. in Hefei, capital of east China's Anhui Province, August 15, 2005.

Professor Ming C. Liau performs experiments on Uroacitides Injection at his laboratory in Everlife Pharmaceutical Co,. Ltd. in Hefei, capital of east China's Anhui Province, August 15, 2005. The bottle in the front contains Uroacitides Injection, which is invented by Professor Ming C. Liau. Professor Liau began his research on cancer since 1962. In 1975, he found out that methylation enzymes play a central role in the regulation of cell replication and differentiation, and by controlling these enzymes, cancer could be healed. Later, he focused on the study of the therapeutic efficacy of the Cell Differentiation Agent-2 (CDA-2) purified from fresh human urine on treating cancer-affected patients, which can antagonize methylation enzymes. A kind of new anti-cancer medicine called Uroacitides Injection containing CDA-2 was thus produced. Uroacitides Injection was approved by the State Food and Drug Administration of China in July 2004, and was authorized to enter the market publicly.
