President Hu accepts credentials from five new ambassadors

Chinese President Hu Jintao accepted in Beijing Wednesday afternoon credentials presented by five new ambassadors from Switzerland, Turkey, Slovakia, the Commonwealth of Dominica, and United Arab Emirates.

The new ambassadors include Swiss Ambassador Dante Martinelli, who arrived here on Nov. 19, 2004, Turkish Ambassador Oktay Ozuye,who arrived here on Nov. 30, 2004, Slovakian Ambassador Zigmund Bertok, who arrived here on Dec. 1, 2004, Ambassador of Commonwealth of Dominica David King Hsiu, who arrived here on Dec.9, 2004, and Ambassador of United Arab Emirates Mohammed Rashid Ali Al-Boot, who arrived here on January 1, 2005.

David King Hsiu is the first ambassador from the Commonwealth of Dominica to China.
