Former Chinese vice premier meets with Annan

Former Chinese Vice Premier Qian Qichen met with visiting UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan Monday and the two exchanged views on issues of UN reform and the work of the high-level panel on UN reform.

Qian is a member of the high-level panel.
