Hunan has new governor

Zhou Bohua, 56, was elected governor of central China's Hunan Province at the second full meeting of the 10th Hunan Provincial People's Congress on Jan. 15

Zhou Bohua, 56, was elected governor of central China's Hunan Province at the second full meeting of the 10th Hunan Provincial People's Congress on Jan. 15.

Zhou, a postgraduate of the Central Party School, has served as deputy secretary of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and acting governor of Hunan.
