Wen meets Dr. Kissinger, foreign ambassadors to China

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao exchanged views on China-US relations and other major international issues with Dr. Henry Kissinger, former secretary ofstate of the United States, Tuesday in Beijing.

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao exchanged views on China-US relations and other major international issues with Dr. Henry Kissinger, former secretary ofstate of the United States, Tuesday in Beijing.

The Chinese premier on the same day also met with the departing ambassador of Fiji together with 21 recently-arrived foreign ambassadors to China and representatives of international bodies in China.

Wen thanked the departing ambassador for his contribution to bilateral relations and promised support and assistance to the other new ambassadors and representatives.

The recently-arrived ambassadors and representatives are from Lithuania, Peru, Eritrea, Morocco, Australia, Italy, Nepal, Myanmar, Mauritania, Mozambique, India, Austria, Bolivia, Norway, Sri Lanka, Spain, Lebanon, Zambia, Bulgaria, League of Arab States,and the United Nations Development Program.
