US Diplomat to Visit Moscow for Talks on DPRK Nuke Issue

US Undersecretary of State John Bolton was scheduled to arrive in Moscow on Monday for talks on the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula.

US Undersecretary of State John Bolton was scheduled to arrive in Moscow on Monday for talks on the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula.

During his two-day visit, Bolton would meet Russian Atomic Energy Minister Alexander Rumyantsev and Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Kislyak, said a spokesman for the US Embassy in Moscow.

Later this week, delegates from Russia, the United States, China, Japan, South Korea and the Democratic People's Republic ofKorea (DPRK) will gather in Beijing for six-way talks on the nuclear issue.

After leaving Moscow, Bolton will go on to Paris, Rome and London.
