Police Recover 1.58 Million yuan of Stolen Money In SW China
Police in the Dai Autonomous Prefecture of Xishuangbanna, southwest China's Yunnan Province, have recovered 1.58 million yuan stolen by an armed gangin a robbery that resulted in the death of two people.

Police said the four suspects, headed by Tang Zhongbing, robbeda local farm of 1.58 million yuan (191,000 US dollars) Friday afternoon, killing an accountant on the spot. Previously, they allegedly murdered a truck driver and used the truck for the robbery.
Of the recovered money, more than 809,000 yuan (98,700 US dollars) was found at the home of Tang's father in Jinghong City. Over 720,900 yuan was discovered at the home another suspect, Zou Jun.
Zhang Jun, director of the Xishuangbanna prefecture public security bureau, said about 4,500 yuan had been spent by the four suspects.
The gun allegedly used by Tang to kill the truck driver was also recovered from Tang's home.
Three of the suspects were arrested Saturday night in Kunming, the provincial capital, and the other accomplice was arrested in Jinghong City.
The suspects had confessed to their crimes said police, and the investigation was continuing.
