Senior Chinese PLA Officer Meets Egyptian Guests

Ge Zhenfeng, deputy chief of General Staff of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, met Friday with Mohamoud Guneem Salem, president of Nasser Higher Military Academy of the Egyptian Armed Forces.

Ge Zhenfeng, deputy chief of General Staff of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, met Friday with Mohamoud Guneem Salem, president of Nasser Higher Military Academy of the Egyptian Armed Forces.

Ge said Chinese armed forces attached importance to developing friendly relations with their Egyptian counterparts and were willing to develop cooperation in various fields.

Guneem said the Egyptian armed forces were ready to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the armed forces, the military universities in particular.
