Earlier this morning, China, former World Cup runners-up defeated Denmark 2-1, staying on top of their group with seven points after three games.
They will now take on their formidable rival, the United States, in Thursday's championship-deciding match.
The US, the current World Cup holders, secured the other slot in the tournament's final after a 1-all draw with Sweden.
The Algarve Cup is a traditional warm-up tournament for the World Cup.
