Qingdao Hainiu failed to kick away the jinx when they lost to Shenzhen Kejian 2-0 here on Sunday.

Hainiu, who have never beaten Shenzhen in the Chinese first division soccer league, conceded the first goal in the 54th minute when Lu Na deflected Pingan's striker Tiago Jorge Honorio's shot into the goal.

Nine minutes late, he dealt Hainiu another heavy blow when he took advantage of Hainiu's defensive lapse.

Hainiu created some chances in second half, but their strikers grasped none of them.
