China's First Magnetic Suspension Test Track Built

The National University of Defence Technology announced Friday in Changsha, capital city of central China's Hunan Province, that it has built China's first track for testing magnetic supension trains.

The National University of Defence Technology announced Friday in Changsha, capital city of central China's Hunan Province, that it has built China's first track for testing magnetic supension trains.

The debut of the track, designed for running trains at speeds up to 150 kms per hour, has demonstrated that the country has advanced to being one of the several countries that have the ability to develop and run magnetic supension trains.
