Removed as ambassadors of the People's Republic of China were: ����

- Wu Dawei, from the post in the Republic of Korea

- Guan Dengming, from the post in Malaysia

- Qu Fujun, from the post in the Republic of Congo

- Yu Wuzhen, from the post in the Republic of Sierra Leone

- Zou Mingrong, from the post in the Republic of Esthonia

- Wang Guisheng, from the post in the Kingdom of Sweden

- Song Mingjiang, from the posts in the Kingdom of Belgium and in the European Community concurrently

- Yang Zhikuan, from the post in the Republic of Kiribati

- Yang Youyong, from the post in Barbados

- Zhang Songxian (female), from the post in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago

Appointed as ambassadors of the People's Republic of China were:

- Li Bin, to the Republic of Korea

- Hu Zhengyue, to Malaysia

- Yuan Guohou, to the Republic of Congo

- Fan Guijin, to the Republic of Sierra Leone
