Li Ruihuan Continues Visit in Singapore

Li Ruihuan, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), continued his official goodwill visit in Singapore Wednesday.

Li Ruihuan, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), continued his official goodwill visit in Singapore Wednesday.

In the morning, the leader of China's top advisory body visited the National University of Singapore and the Singapore Science Park, and was given an account of the country's education and scientific progress.

In the afternoon, Li held discussions with people of the Ministry for Community Development and Sports, and visited the Ulu Pandan Community Club and its education as well as entertainment facilities.

On Tuesday, Li paid a visit to the Port of Singapore Authority Corporation, the world's leading container transshipment hub.

Li arrived here on November 18 and will end his visit on November 23.
