have agreed to surrender, CNN reported Wednesday.
Taliban commanders from Kunduz had agreed to surrender in talkswith Alliance leaders in Mazar, said a CNN correspondent in the nearby city of Mazar-i-Sharif, which is under Northern Alliance control.
