Macao Chief Executive to Deliver Third Policy Address

Edmund Ho Hau Wah, chief executive of China's Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR), will deliver his third policy address at the local legislature Tuesday afternoon.

The written version of the address will remain secret before the delivery, according to the Information Bureau of the SAR government.

Edmund Ho will meet local media Tuesday evening, the source said.

In accordance with a schedule of the Macao SAR Legislative Assembly, the chief executive will answer questions raised by the legislators Wednesday.

In addition, the legislators will hold discussions about the SAR's budget for the year 2001.
