Vice-Premier Qian Qichen watched a special performance for foreign diplomatic envoys and visitors put on by the China Disabled People's Performing Arts Troupe Thursday evening.

Present were United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Mary Robinson and diplomatic envoys from over 40 foreign nations as well as some foreign nationals living in Beijing.

Robinson is here to attend a human rights education seminar sponsored by China and the United Nations.

The China Disabled People's Performing Arts Troupe was founded in 1987 and has made performance tours in almost 30 foreign countries.
