China Launched Seven Regulations on Networking AdministrationIn order to strengthen management of China's Internet and network news disseminating, related departments implemented a total of seven regulations on network administration last year to bring China's Internet management onto a legal trail.
The seven regulations include Regulation on Managing Security of Domestic and International Computer Information Network, Measures on Internet Information Service Management (draft), Provisional Regulations on Managing Websites Engaged in News Publication, Regulations on Managing Internet Electronic Bulletin Service, Explanation on Hearing Computer Network Copyright Infringement, Resolution on Protection of Internet Security, etc.
