Buddhist ritual

More than 300 Buddhist followers from Tibet, Sichuan and other regions attended the ritual, including 11 monks who graduated from the college on Wednesday and acquired the "Tho Ram Pa" degree, one of the highest academic degrees in Tibetan Buddhism.
