Opportunity in 2002: Investing in commercial shops

In 2002, home price was still low; commercial shops in most districts had not been well developed. Therefore, investment in commercial shops was a great chance to earn money.
A real estate company analyzed that average rate of return on commercial shop investment was about 10-12 percent before and after 2002, 8 percent in 2008 due to property price surge. But since 2008, it reduced to 6 percent.

Although rate of return was slightly reduced, with China’s urbanization process, there is still opportunity of making big money by investing in shops.
