Chinese navy helicopter flies on medical mission (2)

Local residents in a remote island of Maldives wait while a Chinese naval medical helicopter lands on a playground on July 2, 2013. It is the first time that the Chinese navy's medical helicopter was involved in a medical mission outside China. The helicopter concluded the mission the same day, diagnosing and treating more than 220 patients in Maldives. The mission started on July 1. (Photo/Xinhua)
