Venezuela opposition protesters call for full vote recount (8)

Xinhua)  10:12, April 16, 2013

Supporters of Venezuelan opposition presidential candidate Henrique Capriles clash with National Bolivarian Militia members during a protest in the area of Altamira, in Caracas, capital of Venezuela, on April 15, 2013. The Venezuelan National Electoral Council (CNE) said the "irreversible" result in Sunday's special election gave Acting President Nicolas Maduro the victory over Henrique Capriles. Capriles has said he will not recognize the outcome until a full recount is performed. Maduro has said he is open to a full audit of the results. (Xinhua/Mauricio Valenzuela)
