Chen Ziqiang -- "aboveboard" to sell official positions
Chen Ziqiang was the Right prime minister of the Southern Song Dynasty of Ningzong Emperor. He was the first teacher of a powerful official Han Zhou. So he sold official position to get more money. After Han Zhou's losing his power, Chen was banished and died there.
